These terms govern your use of RankDriver. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

RankDriver crawls sites you connect, analyzes SEO signals, recommends actions through the decision engine, and discovers backlink prospects. Recommendations and outreach drafts require your review and approval before anything is applied or sent.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must only connect sites you own or are authorized to manage.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After your trial, continued use of a paid plan requires an active subscription. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RankDriver to crawl or send outreach on behalf of sites you don't have the right to manage, or in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of the third-party services we connect to (including Google's).

Outreach responsibility

RankDriver drafts outreach emails for backlink prospects, but every draft requires your explicit approval before it's sent. You are responsible for the content of any outreach you approve and send.

Limitation of liability

RankDriver is provided "as is." We do our best to give accurate recommendations and verified results, but we don't guarantee specific ranking outcomes, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
